About Bobbi
Bobbi grew up as an athlete competing
in every sport she could find from soccer to snowboarding. Always trying
to better herself, she became consumed in reading all she could about
various training styles and exercise technique. By the time she was 17,
she was writing conditioning programs for her teams and fellow
athletes.
After graduating with honors Bobbi moved to Miami, FL
where she began training athletes from the University of Miami,
Florida International University and other professional and semi-pro
teams. Through this experience, Bobbi found her calling making
athletes stronger and faster. She found she had a knack for helping men
put on muscle while shedding fat to improve speed.
Bobbi moved
to Findlay in fall of 2006 and translated her skills to help non-athletes
reach their fitness goals. She uses a strength based lifting style to get
fast results from both men and women. For those who need to lose fat,
Bobbi doesn't like slow, boring cardio you see at the gym. Instead Bobbi
trains her clients like her athletes, using a variety of sports to keep
them interested and motivated to train hard.
